Living CONSCIOUSLY is easy for some, and others even HAVE CHOSEN to represent this GREATER PART of themselves through THEIR BUSINESS. 
THAT is where we can share THE GREATEST of all that we are in this world.
The world was created to FLOW. To flow in ABUNDANCE.  To PROJECT all that is possible here on Earth. The greatest part of YOU is here TO SERVE mankind.
In this there are many, many ways to express ALL THAT YOU ARE.

ALL THAT YOU ARE is all that you were made here to be.
It is in the BEING that we create all that we desire. 
Our LIMITED THOUGHTS and THE LIMITATIONS that we place on
ourselves are constantly HOLDING US BACK, keeping us SMALL.

When are we going to STEP UP and STEP OUT?
Just what exactly are we waiting for?

We are so consumed with LIFE, that we have forgotten our PURPOSE here.
YOU KNOW you were made for something, right? You can FEEL IT, and it is usually SOMETHING MORE than what we are experiencing at the moment.
And yes, EVERYTHING IS PERFECT.  And everything serves a purpose and teaches us, and assists us to GROW. It is all there to lead us back to WHAT WE ARE.  To ALL THAT WE ARE.

BREATHE IN.  A deep, DEEP BREATH!
There is a LIFE FORCE running through you. 
Connect to it, connect to ITS' GREATNESS.
What is it ASKING of you? You know what it is, you feel it in your HEART.
There is something that SPEAKS TO YOU, that does not mean much to another, YET WITH YOU it makes you THINK and FEEL and it stirs within. 
How long are we going to ignore that feeling?

And sometimes we have lived up to everyone elses dream for our life.
We no longer know what it is we are here to BE and DO.
But THIS is not working, HERE I remain STUCK. Here there is NO FLOW.

I know that I am here to serve, BUT WHO exactly DO I SERVE?
HOW EXACTLY do I help these people?
How do I take MY BUSINESS to the NEXT LEVEL?
Where I not only SERVE and CREATE, but I am living in THE FLOW of ABUNDANCE, and LIFE becomes an EXPRESSION of ALL THAT I AM.

I See You

Everything is Perfect

It is so freeing to realize that everything is perfect as it is right now. You are at this point in your life for a reason. And at this moment in your life you have absolutely everything you need to get you to the next moment.

The next moment is the one you just chose. It is coming from a place of knowing your value and self-worth, or from a place of lack. YOU totally get to choose. You are the co-creator of your life, and you have a gift to share with our world.

So your choices are coming from a place of abundance, of knowing or doubt, lack and fear. And you know the difference. You feel it. And the feeling is sending the vibration out to the Universe and that is what you are now creating.

Whatever is in your life is their for your best interest. It is all very personal to you. It is all your creation. It is a reflection of what is within, and is perfect because it is there to teach you, guide you, reflect to you where you are today, at this moment. That there is growth and a shift that must occur for you to see differently.

For now, just trust that everything and everyone in your life is here for a reason, and that reason is YOU.

Look at IT. Just become aware of the situations that make you happy, fear, hate, love, doubt, whatever the emotion and just ask yourself "What is it here to teach me?"

There is an Answer to every question. And everything is within.

One Thought!

At any one time you can only focus on ONE thought. So what is that one thought that is occupying your mind right now?

We have thousands of thoughts each day. Every moment there is a thought in your mind. But there is ONLY one thought at a time. What are you thinking about?

Every thought is a prayer. A prayer for what you DO want or what you DON'T want. Each thought triggers an emotion and creates an effect in our life.

We are constantly creating the world around us by our thoughts. What are you focusing your time on? Look around you .... look at the mirror of your life. Your outer life is a reflection of YOU, your inner life. Are your negative thoughts about life, relationships, money, love creating your world?

Today take notice of what you are thinking about, at every moment, become conscious of your thoughts. They are powerful! Use them to your benefit.

This is a process I used on my journey to create a better life for myself:

1. Right now: WHAT AM I THINKING ABOUT?

2. Is this something I DO want or something I DON'T want.

3. If the answer is NO, then change that thought to something you DO want.

(This is done at any moment of the day that you remember until it becomes natural ...and it will!)

Sometimes you find that your mind automatically seems to keep going back to a problem, or you keep thinking of what a person said or did, it consumes your mind.

ANOTHER IDEA if you are constantly having negative thoughts is to fill your mind with someone else's thoughts. I used AUDIOs -the internet is full of powerful thinkers and speakers. Borrow their thoughts, fill your mind with what they are teaching. Powerful! There is always a message there for YOU.

Itunes is a great site that has thousands of free podcasts on inspirational speakers, so that you can listen while you do other mundane activities eg. washing dishes, cooking.... where your mind might wander to problems and negative thoughts.

Do whatever it takes! Become aware of what you think about. You are a powerful creator of your life. But are you creating a life by design or by default? Every thought will move you closer to a NEW LIFE or you can keep thinking about the same old struggles and keep creating the same over and over again.

Still Living In The Past?

Hey, what happened to you back then? Was it the divorce, abuse, unemployment, were you unloved? How does that story go?

It is OUR story, and some of us hold on to it with all our might. It is who we are. We identify with our story. It is the reason we are where we are, and we feel justified to use our excuses because of our story.

Well, today I am here to tell you that your story is keeping you STUCK! Say your story ONE LAST TIME and then promise yourself that that was then and your present and future is so much more than what someone has done to you. By living in that story you are still giving that person, that situation all your power, still all these years later! What a waste of our time, effort and energy.

You have all the power inside of you to CREATE a new life, a NEW STORY. And the best thing is it starts today! Grab a notebook, a journal, or any paper (start a journal to see your growth) and write down what you would like to create in your life. Write it as if it was 5 years from now. For example, It is 2014 and I am ...... I have travelled to ......I live in .... Write about all areas of your life, your relationships, finance, health, love, family, wealth, your body. Everything! Begin to BELIEVE with all your heart that this new life is possible. It is within your reach. Get excited!

There's 2 choices, we can take action now and purposely create our new life, or we can look back in 5 years and see nothing but more wasted time.

You are an amazing creation of this world. God created you for a purpose. The minute you step into that purpose you will align yourself to all the abundance that surrounds you.

So next time you start your story.... Stop! and choose something better. Choose to change the conversation, even if it is mid-sentence, and begin to share what you propose to do in the future, or what you are grateful for right now.

How Do You See Your Life?

I love this wisdom story , it reminds me to look at the big picture. Not to focus on the day to day circumstances and become so consumed by them. But to trust that every person or situation, be it big or small, is there for a reason.

If we could see the big picture we could then say "Aha! That's why that happened! Because if that hadn't happened I would not have been here, or met this person ....etc"

God knows the big picture, and He loves you. So trust that everything is unfolding just as it should. The power you have is to "perceive" it in a positive or negative way. You get to choose! Enjoy.

"Good Luck... Bad Luck"

There was once an old man who had one son and a horse. One day, his horse broke free and went galloping off to freedom in the nearby hills. The man's neighbours sympathized with him, "What very bad luck to have lost your horse," they said. "Why do you say that?" replied the old man. "Who is to say whether it is bad luck?"

And sure enough, the very next night the horse returned, and behind him came twelve wild horses, which he had led back home with him.The man's son quickly closed the gate of the paddock, and instead of one horse, they now had thirteen. And the neighbours stared at the paddock the next morning and said, "What extraordinary good luck - to have thirteen horses!" "Why do you say that?" the old man replied. "Who is to say whether it is good luck?"

A little while later, the old man's son went out riding one of the new horses. But the horse was still wild, and it threw the boy off its back, and the boy fell and broke his leg. The neighbours came round to the old man, to commiserate, "what very bad luck", they said, "that your son has broken his leg." "Why do you say that?" the old man asked them. "Who is to say whether it is bad luck?"

And indeed, a short while later, the militia came to the village, conscripting all the able-bodied young men to go to fight in the war, where many of them would lose their lives. But when they saw the old man's son lying there with a broken leg, they passed him by and went on their way." "How lucky you are," the neighbours said. And the old man smiled.

These Days Hurt!

Happy Father's Day to all those wonderful father's out there, you so deserve to be celebrated and loved! If only you knew how much you mean to your children and partners... great men build great families.

So many families getting together today, bonding, loving and yet there are still many of us that days like these eg. Father's Day, Mother's Day, Valentines Day, Christmas, actually point out where we have gone wrong, or what is missing in our lives. These days hurt.

I am a strong, sensitive woman who always sees the positive in everything, so everyday I am blessed with the love that I see around me. So lack is not what I dwell on. But give me one of these special days, and the loneliness begins to rise in my body and my eyes are constantly filled with tears.

These days are beautiful to many, but they are also a reminder of the father that may have died, the father that may have left, the man, your children's father, that you should be celebrating this day with. Not that it should be that man, but it just triggers in you that hey maybe there is something missing in your life.

For me it's that special man, that I would love to celebrate today with. That even though he may not be the father of my children. He would represent that in our family, he would be the one to show my children how men treat their partners/wives/mothers, he would complete our family.

I have a wonderful father and I will see him later today. But as I sit here on my own, (my kids are with their dads), I send you so much love. For I know that behind the smiles, there are many who are holding back tears for what becomes so obvious on days like these.

A Book About YOU! - What Would It Say?

Imagine someone has written a book about you! In about 100 words write the blurb for it (the blurb is what people will read on the back cover).  

Here's the one I just wrote:

Walking Through The Doors Of Fear

Fear is not from or of God.  It is what you have created to keep you small.  Keep you little and unassuming.  Your world is abundant, and yet you live in fear.  If only you knew that fear is not real, it is but a fantasy to destroy the life which lives in you.

We are filled with the power of goodness, the power of love is where God exists. And, you can only see God when you are experiencing the love in your heart.  The rest is an illusion you have made up, and it must be gone, for you waste so much time pondering what may be, if this may happen or that.  

You are the creator, you have control.  You get to create what you desire.  So why fear when you are creating that lack, a sense of disorientation that blinds your life with falseness.  Do not be that, that you cannot fulfill.  You are powerful.  You have immeasurable power in you and in God.  

In God you can dissolve the fear that you produce.  Release it, it does not serve you.  It destroys your life, your power and your eternal abundance in Him. You will succeed in what you choose, if only you believed and knew that the feelings you have are just but a step away from the power you are about to receive.  

That uncomfortableness is just a journey, a doorway to the fruitfulness and joy you are entitled to.  Just open the doors! All of them!  Live in access to life.  You deserve the power and glory that God sees for you.

3 Easy Steps To Discover Your Inner Beauty

We place so much importance on our physical beauty, but it is our inner beauty that we must nurture and cherish. When we develop our inner beauty, our physical beauty seems to miraculously improve as well!

Here are some strategies that can help you discover and develop your inner beauty: 

1. Make an "I Love Me" list. This is a powerful tool to help you discover your inner beauty. Write down all of your good qualities that don't relate to something physical.  Are you caring? Loving? Sincere? Positive? Love animals? All these attributes and a host of others relate to your inner beauty. The process of writing out your strengths gives you tangible evidence of your great inner qualities that you might not have even been aware of. 

2. Surround yourself with amazing individuals who inspire you to live a life full of love, creativity and abundance.  You are naturally drawn to people like yourself, or those that possess the inner qualities you admire. When you surround yourself with these kinds of people, your own inner beauty tends to shine through also. 

3. Observe and develop your inner beauty. Most of us know how to take care of our physical beauty:  we get our nails and hair done, we stay in shape, buy new clothes, and so on. When you discover and improve your inner beauty, physical beauty follows. What can you do to bring out your inner beauty? It's simple: Be you! Show beautiful qualities like compassion, love, and patience, and practice them daily. 

4. Avoid negative talk. Focusing on the positive qualities of others brings out the best in you! It reinforces your inner beauty. People will be drawn to your positivity, therefore attracting loving and caring individuals into your life.

Final Thoughts on Your Inner Beauty 

Your inner beauty is unique to you. Unfortunately though, many of us don't know how to celebrate and honor it. Unleash your inner beauty, you are a magnificent gift to the world!   Self-confidence comes from knowing the beauty you possess inside.

Forgiveness - The Freedom You Deserve.

Forgiveness will give you the freedom you search for.  You remain trapped in your heart, your life.  You search and search, when all that is needed is the release of a hard heart.  What is it that  someone can do, that you cannot release to God?  

You know, God will search your heart.  Allow Him that heals to change your life.  What you withhold you do not give to yourself.  Your anger, fear and desires are consuming your world.  You cannot live in these circumstances.  

What was done, is done.  By choosing to hold this, you do not release the pain in you heart and you continue to afflict that pain to yourself.  What's done is complete, .... you now continue to hurt yourself.  

God sees your troubles, your fears and if you would release it to Him, He will dissolve that which is now harming you.  You choose to hold on to it, as if somehow it is an attack on the other.  But you are only attacking yourself.  Release it, and He will send the peace you deserve... to live, love and learn.  

Your release will fill the corners of your world with love.  Do not bring your past into the future.  Leave it, it does not exist.  You have the now.  Release it.  No hour is worth the pain you have already suffered.  Release and you will be freed.

You will then show others how to change your mind, your world, your heart.  You will lead by example, when all you desire falls into your life.  

You only focus on what you think about, and if it is causing pain, it is not of God. Release it.  Hand it over to Him and release your heart so He can fill it with Love.

The Power Of Your Thoughts

Your thoughts bring with them the power of your being.  In every moment, every particle of the world you see has been brought about because of what has been portrayed in your mind.  Your thoughts create what you see, and in fact bring all the people that surround you in your journey called life.  

You have not explored the wonder of your thoughts until you realize their magnificent power.  You are in control.  Your thoughts want to be in control.  But you are the power that manifests.  You are the one that creates, like God, you are a creator, and our thoughts are the tools we use to manifest the life we live.  

Thoughts are but expressions of our feelings and emotions.  At any time we are expressing the triggers of our past, present or future.  We live in the past and that gets brought into our future.  Why do we not commence from the here, the now.  By bringing the past emotions we create more thoughts that keep us in a place where we cannot grow.  You must create from where you are.  Where you want to go.  

Achieving greatness in our life is just a matter of extending our thoughts.  Our thoughts and desires are so creative, yet we use them so little.  We desire so little for ourselves.  All has been given to you and me already, it is us that keeps it away from ourselves.  We think such small thoughts, and yet in you is a powerful thought system that would create the wonders of the world.  If only you became one with the Creator of that power, and took the journey that was given to you.

At every moment you must expand your thought, stretch it, make it bigger.  If you think it, it is possible for you, for me, for all.  It is but a powerful mechanism we use to create the world in which we see.  Your thoughts must not have any fears attached to the, for any false hope will not create the desired results.  Belief, faith and knowing must come from the same mind and connect with that thought.  One little thought in the other direction, produces the result you just gave into.  The person, situation, whatever that needs to fill that negative thought will be there.  That will be your struggle..... but you created it, you put it there.  So watch your thoughts.  

Your actions will produce greatness if your thoughts are aligned.  Expand them.  Think, and then expand.  Practice, think and expand.  For you are a creator of your world.  Your thoughts affect this world.  Only think what you desire for yourself, and more.  God wants and knows you can achieve all you have been made to accomplish in heaven and on earth.  

Go think yourself powerful.  Go take your thoughts and move mountains.  You were but a thought in His mind.  Through His thoughts and His words, you were created.  And He marvelled at the wonder of you.  Know that you are completely desired in Heaven and on Earth.   God adds His thought of Creation and Love to your life, to bring the wonders you require to grow, love and explore your world and life.

What Are You Experiencing In Your Life?

You are an amazing creation of this world and you deserve a life full of abundance. Right now take a look at your life. All areas of your life. Are you experiencing everything you imagined for yourself?

For example, in the area of health, are you at a comfortable weight, or have you just got comfortable being overweight? Be honest, is this how you imagined you would look like at this age? At the same time, be realistic, you may no longer be 20, you may now be 40..... and that's beautiful too. You can be the best you at any age.

But are you experiencing the best, or are you hiding yourself under your loose clothing? The only time we have is now. So to become a person that experiences optimum health and is full of energy, what is the one action you can begin to add to your daily routine that would assist you in achieving your best?

Another area is your finances, are you experiencing the abundance and prosperity you believe you deserve? If so, congratulations! If not, then there is a gap between what you recieve now and what can be coming into your life. What you don't want to do is focus on the lack. To be able to recieve more you need to step into your greatness and be that person that would make the amount you desire. Just the fact that you thought it, it is possible for you. You now need to become the person that is ready to recieve it.

What would you need to change in your life to be a person of total abundance? What would you be experiencing or doing when you recieve that amount? Live that now!

I challenge you, let's take a look at our lives and create the difference we deserve.
It's never too late to step up and be who we were meant to be!

How Great You Are

How Great You Are

Have you ever found yourself looking at someone and thinking “Wow, they are amazing!” eg. A singer, a sportsman, a mentor, someone that you wish you could be. You follow what they do, you attend their concerts, events etc. Everything about them is just awesome! You can’t help but think “I would love to be like that!”
I am here to tell you that you can and already are.

That which you see in others you have in yourself. You could not see it if it was not part of your awareness. Think of that person that you admire. The gifts that you are seeing in them are also in you. They may be more developed at this stage but just the fact that you recognise those qualities, means that you also possess them.

A Course In Miracles reminds us that “You are a perfect creation, and should experience awe only in the Presence of the Creator of perfection.” It goes on to say, “Equals should not be in awe of one another because awe implies inequality.” Your belief that they have something that you do not, puts you in a position of lack. What you must realise is that you already have that which you admire.

This is not to say that this person does not deserve your respect. Ofcourse they do, they have taken those abilities, those gifts and developed them to be a magnificent expression of who they are. This person is also entitled to our love, as they are our brother in Creation.

Awe creates a sense of inequality. That somehow you are missing something. And there is nothing missing in you. You have everything you need right now. You possess those gifts right now. You are just as magnificent as what you are seeing. You just need to believe it ….know it ….develop it ….and thank God for it.
